Spring Cleaning
Spring cleaning is carried out annually when the hotel experiences low occupancy. Essentially, it is scheduled during quieter periods. This involves a complete revamp of the rooms, including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, polishing wooden flooring for a refreshed look, shampooing sofas, painting walls, adding decorative elements, cleaning air conditioner vents, and vacuuming areas that are often neglected throughout the year.

Special Cleaning
This type of cleaning is performed after major renovations in a room to ensure the area is tidy and guest-ready.

Furniture
All furniture, both inside and outside the rooms, is cleaned thoroughly. Upholstery is inspected for stains, rips, or damage.

High Dusting
A dust wand with a long handle is used to remove grime from hard-to-reach areas in guest rooms and other hotel spaces. Sprinklers, smoke detectors, door jams, armouries, and air vent grates are all cleaned as part of industrial-standard maintenance.

Beds
Mattresses are replaced if necessary. Carpets near beds are cleaned, and bed frames are inspected for damage to repair or replace as needed. Headboards are detached from walls for deep cleaning.

Deep Cleaning
An intensive cleaning schedule is implemented either monthly, quarterly, biannually, or annually. This type of cleaning targets surfaces that are difficult to maintain through regular cleaning. In collaboration with the maintenance department, Clean4U Solutions cleans carpets, ceilings, lighting, furnishings, and signage boards.

Deep cleaning typically occurs during the winter months in guest rooms. Rooms are thoroughly cleaned according to high cleaning standards, generally two to three times a year depending on occupancy levels in Yorkshire.
